The rooms are semi-furnished, but if you prefer to use your own furniture, mine can be removed. I also supply appliances and cutlery for your convenience.

The property itself is safe, clean, and well-maintained. It has a welcoming atmosphere and is perfect for someone who values a quiet, respectful living space. Water, electricity, Wi-Fi, and Netflix are included, and the property is managed with care to ensure everything runs smoothly. The house and garden are cleaned and maintained by myself, my fiancé, the house cleaner, and the gardener to keep everything neat and in excellent condition.

The area is a great location, conveniently close to shops, public transport, and other essential amenities. It is a safe and pleasant neighbourhood, making it easy to get around while still enjoying a peaceful setting.
