R4200 per month plus security deposit of R4200 payable on approval. All payments made by EFT. Rent includes laundry, cleaning and utilities. The room has a single bed, nightstand, wardrobe, study-desk & chair and a dry-food cupboard and a bar refrigerator. There is space on top of the cupboard for your microwave oven. Cooking dishes and crockery are supplied in the cupboard. A strong security gate is fitted at the entrance and the room has a burglar guard at the window and a wall-safe. The new boarder will supply her own Wi-Fi provider. The bathroom area has a hot water shower and lavatory and a wash trough is fitted on the outside wall. An awning covers the entrance. The room is cleaned weekly and bed linen and personal laundry are brought to the kitchen to be washed each week and then pegged out on the lines.
Access is available to the kitchen in the main house to use the microwave oven if necessary, to cook on the stove hob and to store frozen food in the chest freezer in the living room. Shoes are to be removed at the front door of the house.
This is a peaceful comfortable home for women seeking secure accommodation with no disturbance from boarders in the main house.

Visitors are not permitted on the property. The owners of the property share the house with three quiet women boarders who are either in full time employment or study.
