The secure fully furnished living room and bedroom ensuite on the lower floor of a private house in Park Hill, Durban North is offered to let on an accommodation only basis.
The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a wall-unit, table and chairs and occasional tables. It has a Defy 30L electronic microwave oven, a Hisense fridge-freezer, and a kettle and toaster. Cookware, trays, crockery, glass, cutlery and utensils are stored in the wall-unit.
The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands and lamps, a vanity table and stool. It is fitted with floor to ceiling closets. a mirror and wall-safe.
The bathroom has a shower cubicle, wash basin and lavatory. The living room and bedroom are fitted with air-conditioning units and ceiling fans, each room has venetian blinds.
Access to the fully equipped kitchen upstairs to cook on top of the stove hob during the day if required.
The rooms are cleaned weekly and bed linen and personal laundry brought to the kitchen weekly to be washed and then pegged out on the lines.
Exterior lights operate automatically ensuring a safe walk from the electric gate down to the rooms. Your car will be parked to the right of the driveway alongside the balustrade.
