About the room
Large fully furnished bedroom in a quiet house share in Park Hill, Durban North to let to one clean, quiet, RSA working woman or student. Rent includes WiFi, laundry, cleaning and utilities. Shoes are to be removed at the front door. The bedroom is furnished with a single bed, nightstand and lamp and desk & upholstered chair and fitted with floor to ceiling closets, venetian blinds, a ceiling fan and a wall safe. Access to fully fitted kitchen, bathroom and toilet cubicle and the covered patio and pool area. Frozen food may be stored in the chest freezer in the living room. Trellidor security gates are fitted at each exit of the house and the property is secured by electric fences and electric gate, access is gained by remote control. There is 24 hour camera security. Visitors are not permitted on the property. The bedroom will be cleaned weekly and bed linen and personal laundry brought to the kitchen weekly for washing and than pegged out on the line. A morning bathroom schedule is updated each Sunday by the boarders in the house according to their working hours. The daily curfew is 22h00 after which the front door is locked and chained. The house is a short walk from Emeris, Netcare and local schools and businesses in Durban North.
About the roomies
The new boarder will share the house with the two owners and two other quiet women boarders who mind their own business. An ability to fit in to the household and abide by the house rules is required.
