Fully furnished bedroom in a quiet house share in Highlands Road, Park Hill, Durban North to let to ONE clean, quiet RSA working woman in full time employment at a place of work or full time study. Rent includes fibre Wi-Fi, laundry, cleaning and utilities. Suitable applicants are sober, non-smoking, non vaping, clean-living, reliable, responsible, self-disciplined, mature women who take responsibility for their own actions and abide by the house rules. The bedroom is furnished with a single bed, a nightstand and lamp and a vanity stool. It is fitted with floor to ceiling closets and vanity and a wall-safe. Access to fully equipped kitchen to cook on the stove hob, use the microwave oven and other appliances. Access to shared bathroom and toilet cubicle and the covered patio and pool area. Shoes are removed at the front door
Frozen food may be stored in a bag in the chest freezer in the living room. The bedroom will be cleaned weekly and bed linen and personal laundry are to be brought to the kitchen with your washing powder once a week and then pegged on the lines. A morning bathroom schedule is updated each Sunday morning by WhatsApp by the three boarders in the house according to their working hours. The following items are to be supplied; pillows and pillowcases, sheets and blankets or a single duvet inner, two single duvet covers, (no comforters) two single bottom sheets, towels, food, bottled water, charger and two pin plug, a multiplug and extension cable, an iron, clothes pegs, wash basket, cooking pot for putu, toilet paper and washing powder suitable for a front loading washing machine. A nightlight if required.
Trellidor security gates are installed at each exit of the house and the property is secure by electric fences and an electric gate. Access is gained by remote control. There is 24 hour camera security.
Visitors are not permitted on the property.
The daily curfew is 22h00 after which the front is locked and chained.
The house is a short walk from Emeris campus, Netcare Educare and local schools and businesses in Durban North.

The new boarder will share the house with the two owners and two other quiet women boarders who mind their own business. An ability to fit into the household is required. This is a quiet, disciplined and respectful household which is perfectly suited to a focused woman who values peace of mind, privacy, high standards of cleanliness and mutual respect for people and property. We are looking for a new boarder who will abide by the house rules, treat the property as they would their own and contribute to a safe and relaxed home environment. Room sharing does not fit in with the policies of the owners who value privacy and space.
