About the room
What’s better than having a room? Having your own separate entrance at the same price of a room. I have 2 separate entrances available.
Both are open plan with built in cupboards and an ensuite with shower, basin and toilet. Both units have there own entrance with an enclosed carport with electric garage doors. Units fully tiled throughout. Units will be semi-furnished. You will need your own bed.
The units will be brand new. Located in a beautiful, quiet neighbourhood of Plumstead. Excellent neighbourhood watch and the are is very safe and neat. Each unit is very private.
In the process of building. Completion expected end of October. Will post pictures then. If you are interested please contact me to secure.
Price includes water and WiFi. Will have prepaid electricity. Animals are not allowed.
