About the room
WATER & FIBRE INCLUDED. I found a spacious apartment with lots of cupboard space in Wynberg Upper (2 bedroom, 1 bathroom). The toilet is separate to the the walk-in-shower and basin, which is great for 2 people sharing. There’s a small balcony and a garden too. Located on the 3rd floor, with a convenient lift on the property. It’s close to a shopping centre (12min walk) as well as the main road if you need to catch a bus or taxi (4 min walk). I have some furniture (couch, microwave etc.) and full kitchen appliances, however, you’re welcome to bring any of your own furniture if need be (bed, desk).
About the roomies
Although I am social at times, I’m also someone who likes a calm, peaceful home and privacy. I would like to live with someone who I’m comfortable around and click with, but also knows how to respect boundaries and has open communication with me. I’m happy to go out for coffee sometime to see if we gel well together 😊.
