Spacious, light bedroom offered in a 3 bedroom house. You will have use of your own full bathroom. Full use of the kitchen and laundry room. Room can be rented with or without furniture. Large built in cupboard with hanging space and shelves . Must love animals. There are 2 dogs and 2 cats in the house. Fiber internet, ADT Security, DSTV, electric fence. Use of one side of a double lockup garage with remote doors included for safe parking for 1 car. Use of pool. In a nice pocket of Plumstead - close to shops.
