The garden area has numerous vegetable patches all of which will be available and encouraged to be used to grow produce. There is a beautiful hot/ cold outdoor shower. Three very friendly dogs currently stay at the property. Ideal for a sociable ocean-loving (surf/ kite-board etc) person as we are only a few minutes drive from the beach as well as all of the bars and restaurants along it. Shops are just a 5 minute walk up the road, as well as the MyCiti bus station. There is a stunning vlei just 5 minutes in the other direction with great birding, views and small wildlife. One room is currently unfurnished and the other is furnished, both are north-facing and over-look the eco-pool which attracts a lot of birds, dragon-flies etc.

There are currently two other male tenants and the owner (who stays in a separate flatlet) living on the property. Very chilled house, owner surfs and climbs. big garden, lots of self-sustainable aspirations. Other tenants in hospitality and other corporate. 420 friendly, dont really party at the house but a good braai every now and then is a vibe. Respectful in the kitchen and bathrooms, leave it as you’d like to find it. Dogs are super friendly and stoked to see you when you come home. No drama or bad vibes. Grateful happy house! :)
