Young professional welcome. You will have access to shared areas - bathroom, kitchen and lounge. Included in the rent is - Wi-Fi and off-street parking under a car port. Electricity, water and gas included (if these current expenses go up astronomically we would need to discuss). Use of kettle, microwave, gas stove, fridge and washing machine. Room dimensions 2.7 x 2.3m. Smokers are welcome to use the braai room. Walking distance from MyCiTi bus route. Individual must be an animal lover - We have two house dogs. Proof of income required.

Security deposit can be split over 2 months.
