Hey everyone! I’m looking for a like-minded, reliable roommate to team up with and secure a modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in the Chartwell/Fourways area.

The Plan: Find a lovely 2-bed, 2-bath apartment with rent starting at approximately R11,550 per month. This would work out to around R5,750+ each, excluding utilities.

A little about the home: I’m looking for someone who appreciates a clean, peaceful and respectful living environment. Ideally, we’d both enjoy having a neat, modern space and be considerate of each other’s routines, privacy and personal space.

A little about me: I do have a friendly dog, so you’d need to be comfortable living with a furry housemate! I’m looking at pet-friendly estates in the area.

The Location: Ideally around Chartwell, Broadacres or Fourways, with access to amenities such as a gym, swimming pool and communal spaces.

Moving timeline: I’m hoping to move in by 1 December at the latest.
