Hi, I’m looking for a comfortable place to stay in Johannesburg as I’ll be relocating at the end of July and starting work in Mandela Square in August.

I’m a working professional, currently in the insurance/pet claims space, and I’m looking for a furnished or semi-furnished room, studio, or shared apartment within a reasonable commute to Sandton. My budget is up to R10,000 per month, ideally with utilities or Wi-Fi included where possible.

I’m respectful, clean, considerate, and easy to get along with. I enjoy a calm and peaceful home environment, especially during the week, but I’m also friendly and social. I’m mindful of shared spaces, clean up after myself, and value open communication with the people I live with.

I’d be a good fit for a home with other working professionals or responsible housemates who are tidy, respectful, and relaxed. I’m open to a 6-month lease or a longer-term arrangement if it’s the right fit.
