Description
We’re a quiet, tidy, respectful and easy-going couple relocating to Cape Town. We’re both introverted and enjoy a peaceful, comfortable home environment where everyone can have their own space.
Kevin works from home around 90% of the time, while I’m office-based during the week, with occasional weekend shifts where I work from home. Overall, we’re home quite a bit but we’re both considerate of the people we live with and keep things clean, organised and low-key.
We’re non-smokers, enjoy a good glass of wine, and prefer a relaxed home rather than a busy or party-oriented environment. We’re looking for a well-maintained place with like-minded housemates where we can settle in and feel at home.
My office is based in Cape Town CBD, so we’d ideally like to be within about 10 km of the CBD for an easier commute, but we’re open to other areas for the right fit.
