The property is in a quiet pocket of Plumstead, where you will be sharing a semi-divided house with a male engineering professional. Linen, towels, kitchenware, gas, electricity and water is included in your rent. You will use a communal kitchen, and lounge area that is part of the house. There is off-street parking behind gates. You may bring your cat (the property is unfortunately too small for a dog, and it does not have grass). I do have a paid maid once a week. You have to have your laundry done at a laundromat at your own cost. You may use my gym apparatus in the garage as a bonus. Each one is expected to clean up after themselves at the dining table and kitchen, via handwashing. Cleanliness is expected in general in your own living and bathroom areas. The home is a 8 minutes walk from the Plumstead train station, and Checkers is not far beyond that.

I am a single 54 year old engineering professional, that have a quiet lifestyle, with mostly early nights. I am the only other person in the house.
