About the room

The room is unfurnished and its dimensions are 230cm x 330cm. It has built in cupboards. One side has shelves and the other one is for hanging. It is only a two bedroom unit with me living in the second bedroom. The unit is in a quiet part of Parklands near the international school and is in a small complex. The rest of the flat will be shared. The rental is R6500.00 per month which includes water, electricity, and wifi (if these current expenses go up astronomical we would need to discuss). Deposit of R6500 required. Room only accommodates a single person and no couples.

About the roomies

I am a retired 58year old woman living with my dog and living the best life. My dog is an 8 year old morkie who is always by my side. I am a smoker and yes smoking is allowed inside. :)

I am looking to share with another female of quiet disposition who keeps a tidy house.
