Hello. We have 1x UNFURNISHED Room available in a 3 Bedroom House. The whole house is available for your use, including full kitchen, shared bathroom (shared with 1x very clean male!) with bath and shower.
Swimming pool, secure parking.
Close to Pavilion and Westway Office Park - in the extremely safe and secure Dawncliffe area.
This is an old house - far from perfect but very relaxed and clean.
About the roomies
Currently we have long term residents: 1x mature female (owner) and 1x mature male. Both are very friendly and relaxed and it is a sociable house.
And we have cats and dogs. So you need to be an animal lover!
Both roomies work in hospitality, so they work shifts and come and go at various times.
You will ideally be Male, 45-55 years. But as long as you fit in then this does not matter!
