Separate entrance via an electric garage. Unit is an open plan 0.5 bedroom with an ensuit and kitchen. Gas hob. Enough built in cupboards in the room and kitchen. Prepaid electricity and water. The unit is part of the larger property but is private without any other occupants being able to see your unit. The unit is also only a year old. Everything is still new and clean. Train station up the road approximately 200m. Access to hospital, supermarkets, pharmacies is walking distance away. Very quiet and secure neighbourhood with an active neighbourhood watch.
