We are looking for a Full time working professional person with sober habits. Rental includes Water, Electricity , and uncapped Wifi and a weekly Domestic.
The room rental includes a Single bed, ample Cupboards, and a shared Bathroom, the shared use of an open plan Kitchen , Dining room and Lounge area as well as use of the Entertainment area.
One months Deposit required. No couples, pets, or kids.
