About the room

My home is my sanctuary and peace is my goal.

A Large furnished Room has become available to rent in my 3 bedroom houseshare in Parklands for NOVEMBER only.

We are looking for a Full time working professional person with sober habits. Rental includes Water, Electricity , and uncapped Wifi and a weekly Domestic.

The room rental includes a Queen bed, ample Cupboards, and an En-suite Bathroom, shared use of an Open plan Kitchen , Dining room and Lounge area as well as use of the Entertainment area.

No couples, pets, or kids.

We are all single professional working people of sober habits. We basically all work full time and enjoy a quite evening, cooking dinner, watching Netflix and chilling. We enjoy peace evenings and respect other people’s space.

Everyone participates in household chores. Like taking turns to throw out the trash and ensuring the property is secured at night. We respect each other don’t gossip about others.
