The property has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. I am offering the main double bedroom with ensuite (includes toilet, shower and basin) for rent. ALL FURNISHED, however you will need to buy your own toiletries.
Property is located in Tokai (southern suburbs) and is within walking distance to Superfoods. Muizenberg beach is within a 7 min drive, Pick ’n Pay and Blue Route Mall is within a 5 min drive.
WATER and ELECTRICITY is included in the rental amount.
PARKING: You will have your own parking bay behind a remote controlled access gate with 24 hour concierge and overnight security.
ROOFTOP POOL: There is a rooftop pool to be enjoyed with 360 views of the Southern Suburbs.
Property includes the shared following: Fridge, microwave, washing machine, living room, huge balcony over looking the mountains, kitchen and wifi.
There is one female renting at the moment. I love Surfing and nature. I also work from home so prefer someone who works in office.
