I am the landlord renting out a room for only short-term rentals. Please do not contact me if you are only looking for a long-term rental. I am open to negotiate though.

Property is about a 7 min drive to Muizenburg beach, 3 minute drive to Blue Route Mall, 1 minute drive to Superfoods, 5 min drive to Tokai Forest and 3 min drive to Pick ’n Pay.

I am a live in landlord looking to rent my room out for only a short period. I am an easy going person, very friendly and love the outdoors. Guys sorry but this room is only for females. Unfortunately no pets allowed. :(
