Tranquil and safe area 2.5 km from Tyger Valley. Big bedroom with own private small balcony, sharing a bathroom with 3 other tenants. Situated in a big 5 bedroom home with spacious garden, pool and braai facilities (two braai areas so that more than one tenant can have friends or family over and at the same time have privacy with their guests).

In addition to normal furniture and effects to be expected in a bedroom, there is an average size fridge for the sole use of the tenant, 5 set plastic food storage containers and a TV.

IN ADDITION TO THE AFORESAID, THE FOLLOWING IS INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE:

1. Water and electricity.
2. Uncapped Wi-Fi.
3. Laundry done once a week, dried and folded (excl ironing)
4. Bedroom cleaned once a week and shared bathroom cleaned twice a week.
5. Towels changed once a week.
6. Bedding changed once every second week.
7. Average size fridge (with small freezer compartment)
8. Small box freezer for tenants to use for frozen food.
9. Each tenant has his/her own cupboard in the kitchen area for storage of his/her groceries.

All is included but for the supply of and making of your own food. Just come home and relax after work.

Full use of shared kitchen and two shared lounge areas. Big backyard with swimming pool and surrounded by trees which gives privacy for the use of all. The swimming pool is covered up from June until end September every year.

Two braai areas with an 8 seater table each for use of all. Parking behind a security fence.

I live in my home with a chicken, a parrot and three dogs. I am a relatively tidy female, so I won’t get on well with a very untidy person or a person who does not take care of his/her personal hygiene. I love people and get on well with almost all people but also love my own space. Three bedrooms inside the house itself is also occupied with tenants. We all get on well and live in joy and harmony together.
