Tranquil and safe area 2.5 km from Tyger Valley. Separate small cottage consisting of a bedroom with on suite and own private entrance, and own outside private ‘chill area’ with a portable braai, in addition to full use of the rest of the premises. Parking behind security gate. Pool, braai etc.

There is a fridge, a kettle, a toaster and basic crockery, cutlery and plastic containers in the Cottage.

IN ADDITION TO ABOVE, THE FOLLOWING SERVICES ARE ALL INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE:

1. Water and electricity.
2. Uncapped Wi-Fi.
3. One reasonable load of laundry done once a week, dried and folded (excl ironing) .
4. Cottage and on-suite bathroom cleaned and towels changed once a week.
5. Linen on bed changed every second week.
6. An average size fridge (with small freezer compartment) in the Cottage for the exclusive use of the tenant.
7. A small lockable cupboard in the kitchen for exclusive use by the tenant for the storage of non-perishable foods.
8. A small box freezer in the garage for frozen food for the use of all tenants.

So all you have to do is provide for and cooking of your own food. Just come home from work and relax.

Full use of shared kitchen and two shared lounge areas. Big backyard with swimming pool, two separate braai areas with 8 seater tables and surrounded by trees which gives privacy for the use of all. Swimming pool is closed up from June until end of September every year.

The cottage has it’s private outside seated area with a small outside table with four chairs, a small portable braai and umbrella for the exclusive use of the tenant of the Cottage although all other areas are open for use by all, including the tenant of the cottage.

Two other braai areas each with an 8 seater table for use of all including the tenant of the Cottage. Parking behind a security fence.

I live in my home with a chicken and three dogs. I am a relatively tidy female, so I won’t get on well with a very untidy person or a person who does not take care of his/her personal hygiene. I love people and get on well with almost all people but also love my own space. Four other bedrooms inside the house itself is also occupied with tenants and/or Airbnb guests. We all get on well and live in joy and harmony together.
