Tranquil and safe area 2.5 km from Tyger Valley. Separate small cottage consisting of a bedroom with on suite and own private entrance and own outside private ‘chill area’ in addition to the use of the rest of the premises. Parking behind security gate. Pool, braai etc.

There is a fridge, a kettle, big TV with Netflix preloaded in the cottage. Crockery, cutlery and plastic containers.

THE FOLLOWING SERVICES ARE ALL INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE:

1. Water and electricity.
2. Uncapped Wi-Fi.
3. Washing (reasonable amount) done once a week (excl ironing).
4. Bedding and towels changed once a week.
5. Cottage cleaned once a week.
6. Netflix preloaded on the main TV in one of the lounges
   for the use of all.
7. Netflix preloaded on the TV in the cottage.

Full use of shared kitchen and two shared lounge areas. Big backyard with swimming pool and surrounded by trees which gives privacy for the use of all.

The cottage has it’s private outside seated area with a small outside table with four chairs and umbrella although all other areas are open for use by all, including the tenant of the cottage.

Two braai areas with 8 seater tables for use of all. Parking behind a security fence.

I live in my home with a chicken and three dogs. I am a relatively tidy female, so I won’t get on well with a very untidy person or a person who does not take care of his/her personal hygiene. I love people and get on well with almost all people but also love my own space. Three bedrooms inside the house itself is also occupied with tenants. We all get on well and live in joy and harmony together.
