A small cottage consisting of a bedroom with on suite bathroom (shower, basin and toilet) and own private entrance. There is a microwave and a fridge in the cottage. Bedding and towels changed once a week. Cottage cleaned once a week. Washing done once a week (excl ironing). Water and electricity. All included in price.
Full use of shared kitchen and two shared lounge areas. Big backyard with swimming pool and surrounded by trees which gives privacy for the use of all.
The cottage has it’s private outside seated area with a small outside table with four chairs although all other areas are open for use by all.
Two braai areas with 8 seater table for use of all.
Parking behind a security fence and gate that works with a remote control.
I live in my home with my two chickens and three dogs. I am a relatively tidy female, so I won’t get on well with a very untidy person or a person who does not take care of his/her personal hygiene. I love people and get on well with almost all people but also love my own space. My oldest sister generally spends weekends with me.
