Tranquil and safe area 2.5 km from Tyger Valley. Small bedroom, sharing a bathroom with 1 other tenant and from time to time with Airbnb guests of two other rooms. Situated in a big 5 bedroom home with two separate lounges, a spacious garden, pool and braai facilities (two separate braai areas so that more than one tenant can have guests over at the same time to entertain their guests in their privacy).

IN ADDITION TO ABOVE, THE FOLLOWING IS INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE:

1. Water and electricity.
2. Uncapped Wi-Fi.
3. Bedroom cleaned once a week and shared bathroom cleaned once a day and deep cleaned twice a week.
4. Towels changed once a week and bedding changed once every two weeks.
5. An average size fridge (with a small freezer compartment) in the room for the tenant’s exclusive use.
6. Small box freezer for frozen food in the garage for the use of all tenants.
7. A small lockable cupboard in the kitchen for the exclusive use of the tenant for the storage of his/her non-perishable groceries.

Full use of shared kitchen and two shared lounge areas. Big backyard with swimming pool, two separate braai areas with an an eighth seater table each. Surrounded by trees which gives privacy for the use of all. The swimming pool is covered up from June until end of September every year.

Parking behind a security fence.

I live in my home with a chicken and three dogs. I am a relatively tidy female, so I won’t get on well with a very untidy person or a person who does not take care of his/her personal hygiene. I love people and get on well with almost all people, but also love my own space. Two bedrooms inside the house is also occupied by tenants and two bedrooms are for Airbnb guests. There is also another tenant in the loose standing Cottage on the premises. We all get on well and live in joy and harmony together.
