We have a free-standing garden cottage available on a lovely property in Melville, and looking for a housemate to fill the space.

The unit has a bathroom with shower, a kitchenette with a small fridge and two gas stove tops. There is also a free-standing wardrobe and shelves (visible in the photos). FURNISHED or UNFURNISHED

The property consists of the main house with two tenants (including myself) and another free-standing double cottage with two wonderful tenants.

We have a beautiful front and back yard with a big patio and pool. We also have solar and water tanks, a herb garden and wifi extenders with an additional backup UPS to ensure fast internet to the entire property.

Please note that you will have access to patio and pool at any time since we all share the beautiful space together. There is enough room to socialise, or just do your own thing if you please.

We are post-grads and young professionals and are looking for someone who would fit in with us.

Animals are allowed, depending on their behaviour and compatibility.

We are all in our mid-twenties to mid-thirties and enjoy spending time together, as well as doing our own thing.
