We have a room available in a two-bedroom cottage on a very special property in Melville.
The cottage has two en-suite bedrooms, a living space and a kitchenette. The living room and kitchenette are fully furnished (including the washing machine), and the bedroom is unfurnished.
The other bedroom is occupied by a female post-grad student who is looking for a new roommate, so you will thus share the cottage.
There is also a single cottage (with one tenant) on the property and the main house with two tenants (including me). We are all post-grads at Wits and easy to get along with.
We have a beautiful front and back yard with a big patio and pool. We also have solar power, water tanks, uncapped wifi, and a herb garden.
Please note that even if you rent in the cottage, you still have access to the main house and the back patio/braai area. You are more than welcome to use any facility in the main house, for example, if you need a bigger kitchen to cook for friends.

We are all in our mid-twenties to mid-thirties and enjoy spending time together, as well as doing our own thing.
We like to cook together sometimes and take our dog for a walk.
Everyone is easy going and we’re excited to meet our new housemate.
