We have a double cottage on a very special property in Melville.
The cottage has two en-suite bedrooms, a living space and a kitchenette with a stove and an outside garden nook. The place is fully furnished, including a washing machine. (Please note that there is a normal-sized fridge and not the bar fridge portrayed in the photos.) - Also, the walls have received a fresh coat of paint since the photos were taken.
There is also a single cottage (with one tenant) on the property, and the main house with two tenants (including myself). We are all post-grads at Wits and are easy to get along with.
We have a beautiful front and back yard with a big patio and pool. We also have solar power, water tanks, 100 mbps uncapped wifi, and a herb/veggie garden.
Please note that even if you rent the cottage, you still have access to the back patio/braai/laundry area.

We are all in our mid-twenties to mid-thirties and enjoy spending time together, as well as doing our own thing.
We like to cook together sometimes and take our dog for a walk.
Everyone is easy-going going and we’re excited to meet our new housemate(s).
