Hi, we have a 4 bedroom flat in Old Belhar or Belhar no. 2 It’s attached to the main house. It’s ONLY for female occupation. The Flatlet is completely separate with a private entrance. It’s very private. Rental is R3000 per month per room except for the big room which is R3500 p/m payable at the beginning of each month via debit order and the deposit amount is the same as one month’s rent. The contract/lease agreement is clear and can be discussed in person. The flatlet has secure parking for one vehicle behind a security gate under trees inside the property and outside the property there’s space for 2 cars under trees. The entire flat has great flow with a fireplace for the cold Cape Town winters. The place can be viewed by contacting us on 0611490584 or 0847251960 via WhatsApp. Thank you.
We, the owners may not be at the address due to work. The place is available for young employed professionals, couples, and students. This is a dual-living property. The other tenants occupy the main house and appreciate a quiet lifestyle.
