Randall's room

The house is spacious with a large and beautiful front and back yard with ample space for parking. There are security gates and the house is situated in a quiet circle and an established old part of Belhar.
Water and electricity will be extra . The place is close to major roads and shops. It is also fibre ready and uncapped internet. There is the option to share a room with a maximum of 2 people in a room and in this case it will be R3000 per bed. Rent is R3500 per room. The rooms are partially furnished. The shared areas are well equipped.

The house has a few tenants. We would appreciate young professional ladies, although we are flexible. The area is very quiet and in a quiet part of the suburb close to main routes. UWC and CPUT are but 3 minute drive away with main shopping spots and restaurants nearby.
