FLATMATE WANTED. I have an apartment in Tygervalley, tygerwaterfront. It’s a 2 bedroom with a big couch, stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and washing machine. It’s 14000 monthly rent. To move in amount due is: R198 for background check, R800 for the lease, R7000 first months rent then R10500 deposit (to be refunded, obviously if we don’t damage the place).
