Waterfront Road

FLATMATE WANTED, preferably a year lease. I have an apartment in Tygervalley, tygerwaterfront. It’s a 2 bedroom with a big couch, stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and washing machine. It’s 14000 monthly rent. To move in amount due is: R198 for background check, R800 for the lease, R7000 first months rent(this may be reduced depending on which date the person moves in), then R10500 deposit (to be refunded, obviously if we don’t damage the place). The R10500 can be paid as R7000 before moving and the R3500 split over May and June or if the person has the full R10500 now. So minimum due before moving in is R14998 depending on date of move in.
