I have a two-bedroom apartment in Gardens that is unfurnished. I am looking for a cool housemate to share the flat with me.
The apartment is on the first floor and we have an amazing view of Table Mountain.
There is street parking but I could also arrange for parking in the complex if it’s available.
The apartment has high ceilings, wooden floors and a huge balcony.
The electricity per month is around R500 and Wifi is about R350 per month.
Essentially I am looking for a cool person who is easygoing and would like to flat-share with me for a year or so.
I am a News Editor and am 34 years old.
I am super chill and easygoing, love being outdoors and hanging with my mates.
I work from home but am mostly out and. about most days.
Love to read and am pretty much a social person who also loves to relax and be by myself sometimes. Balance is key lol
