I have a furnished two-bedroom apartment in Gardens. I am looking for a cool housemate to share the flat with me.
The apartment is on the first floor and we have an amazing view of Table Mountain.
There is street parking but I could also arrange for parking in the complex if available.
The apartment has high ceilings, wooden floors and a huge balcony.
Essentially I am looking for a cool, easygoing person who would like to flat-share with me for a year or so.
Your room:
I decorated the room to evoke a tranquil environment with pale blue/aquamarine and white colours. There is a beautiful brass queen-sized bed with light shining in during the evening and a view of Signal Hill.
I have bedding and all the pillows you need and if you need towels I have you covered.
Shared Spaces:
The lounge is meant to be enjoyed with a 4 seater glass dining table and beach themes throughout.
I have an addiction to @home furniture 🙈 and vintage pieces that make you want to come home and relax or have friends over 😎
The kitchen has all the fittings you would need to cook such as a gas stove, Samsung fridge, air fryer and microwave/grill. There are champagne and wine glasses for when you want to chill and have a glass or two on the balcony.
The Bathroom: There is a large bath and shower to enjoy plus water is free so you can run those baths and enjoy…
The Balcony:
The outside space is the best part of the apartment in my opinion. It has a Bahama two-seater patio couch that allows you to sit and enjoy the stunning view of Table Mountain.
Perks:
No load shedding as we are in a hospital area. We are 7 minutes away (walking) from Kloof Street and we have 24-hour security.
I am a News Editor and work from home now and again.
Mostly out on news stories, events or enjoying Cape Town.
I am super chill and easygoing, love being outdoors and hanging with my mates.
Love to read and am pretty much a social person who also loves to relax and be by myself sometimes.
Balance is key lol
I also have a guest house in Observatory so am a professional at hosting and living with new people.
