My partner and I recently relocated to JHB from KZN and managed to find the PERFECT house with a pool and a beautiful garden.
The house is located in Savoy Estate. It has 5 bedrooms and there is a separate flatlet outside. We are looking to fill 2 - 3 rooms depending on the people. All rooms have built-in cupboards. The house is fully furnished, although the spare rooms are not.
Prospective housemates must be pet friendly - I have two dogs - both medium-sized and 13 years old. We’re open to the possibility of another dog, depending on size, age and level of socialisation.
My partner and I are mid-30s. I work from home. My partner works in the East Rand. He is also a music producer so we have turned one of the rooms into a studio. We are very respectful with noise levels and when we record/produce. Ultimately, we are looking for fun, clean and responsible housemates that we can get along with on a personal level as well as in a living situation.
