My partner and I recently relocated to JHB from KZN and managed to find the PERFECT house with a pool, 2 lounges, a beautiful garden, massive open plan kitchen and a double garage.
The house is located in Savoy Estate. It has 5 bedrooms and there is a separate flatlet outside. We are looking to fill 2 - 3 rooms depending on the people. All rooms have built-in cupboards. The house is fully furnished, although the spare rooms are not. This room is the quite large, and would fit a double bed and a desk. It is directly opposite the bathroom.
Prospective housemates must be pet friendly - I have two dogs - both medium-sized and 13 years old. We’re open to the possibility of another dog, depending on size, age and level of socialisation.
My partner and I are mid-30s in reality, mid-20s in spirit. I work from home, my company is based in London. My partner (Ian) works in the East Rand. He is also a music producer, so we have turned one of the rooms which was previously an office space into a makeshift studio. We are very respectful with noise levels and when we record/produce. We are not a party house but we love having friends over for a pool chill and we want you to feel comfortable to bring your friends over at any time too. Ultimately, we are looking for fun, clean and responsible housemates that we can get along with on a personal level as well as in a living situation. It is imperative that this house becomes your home too, and everyone is equal. When work is over, we want to come home to a welcoming atmosphere of happiness and tranquility.
