About the room
I’m looking for a housemate to rent the second bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment is newly built and fully furnished but the room is not furnished. The stove uses gas and there is an inverter to keep the internet and tv on during loadshedding. There is extra cupboard space as you walk right into the the apart. The place is close to amenities and public transport for those who commute - 3 minutes walk to mycity bus stop. Secure parking is available.
