Hello I am renting a room in a house with 3 rooms. The room has a huge build-in cupboard, 1 bed, mattress, desk, chair, heating panel, mirror, bedding and linen, rugs. The room is for ONE person. The monthly rent ZAR 7253 plus electricity. The rent will be on a 6 months contract with option to extend (with same conditions) for 6 months. Shorter terms are possiblie but they come with a higher rate. The rent includes Fibre-internet, water etc but not prepaid electricity.

Deposit: 1 month’s rent (can be paid on 2 payments 50:50)

Kitchen, Livingroom, Courtyard, garden with braai will be shares with other tenants. NO babies, NO smoking, NO pets, NO couples Off-street parking is available for 500 R per month.

The property is located in a quiet street in Observatory. Groote Schuur Hospital, Cape Town Science Center, UCT, Amazon Headquarter, Riverlands Development, CBD. Shops, restaurants, bars and public transportation are in walking distance. The area has 24/7 patrolling, the property is secure and does have camera control.(54/3)
