Hello I am renting a room to share in a house with 3 rooms. The room has a huge build-in cupboard, 1 bed, mattress, desk, chair, heating panel, mirror, bedding and linen. The monthly rent ZAR 7100 plus electricity. The rent will be on a 12 months contract. Shorter terms are possiblie but they come with a higher rate. The rent includes Fibre-internet, water etc but not prepaid electricity.

Deposit: 1 month’s rent (can be paid on 2 payments 50:50)

Kitchen, Livingroom, Courtyard, garden with braai will be shares with other tenants. NO babies, NO smoking, NO pets, NO couples Off-street parking is available for 500 R per month.

The property is located in a quiet street in Observatory. Groote Schuur Hospital, Cape Town Science Center, UCT, Amazon Headquarter, CBD. Shops, restaurants, bars and public transportation are in walking distance. The area has 24/7 patrolling, the property is secure and does camera.(54/3)

The house as 3 bedrooms which are occupied by young professionals. Students are not really suitable.

We expect neat and structured potential tenants.
