About the room
Available from 01. Nov. 2025 Hello I am renting a room in a house with 3 rooms. The room has a huge build-in cupboard, 1 bed, mattress, desk, chair, heating panel, mirror, 2 USB lights, bedding and linen, rugs (in bedroom and bathroom). The room is for ONE person. The monthly rent ZAR 7353 plus electricity. The rent will be on a 6 months contract with option to extend (with same conditions) for 6 months. Shorter terms are possiblie but they come with a higher rate. The rent includes Fibre-internet, water etc but not prepaid electricity. The communal areas of the house will be cleaned once a week; this doesn’t include the room (different agreement is possible with costs).
Deposit: 1 month’s rent (can be paid on 2 payments 50:50)
Kitchen, Livingroom, Courtyard, garden with braai will be shares with other tenants. NO babies, NO smoking, NO pets, NO couples Off-street parking is available for 500 R per month.
The property is located in a quiet street in Observatory. Groote Schuur Hospital, Cape Town Science Center, UCT, Amazon Headquarter, Riverlands Development, CBD are easy to access. Shops, restaurants, bars and public transportation are in walking distance. The area has 24/7 patrolling, the property is secure and does have camera control.(54/3)

About the roomies
The house as 3 bedrooms which are occupied by (young) professionals only. We expect tidy, quiet and structured prospective tenants who also take into account the interests of others. So if you want partying in the house, please search for another place.
