I am renting a quiet room in a house with 5 rooms. The room has a bed, mattress, bedding, 1 seat of linen, cupboard, Desk, chair, rug, mirror and a heating panel.
The monthly rent will be ZAR 4.775 plus electricity. The rent durations will be 12 months. A shorter period is possible but comes with a higher rent. Deposit: 1 month’s rent. Kitchen, Bathroom, Court-Yard and Garden will be shared with the other tenants. Fibre internet is included in the rent. The garden comes with a braai. NO pets, NO babies, NO couple, only for a non-smoking person.
One off-street parking is available for 500 R per month.
The room is available from 02.03.26, the viewing will start in the 2. week. The house is in Polo Road, a small street, close to Groote Schuss Hospital, Cape Town Science Centre, Amazon Headquarter, shops, restaurants, bars and public transportation. (52#5)
About the roomies
The tenants of the house are preferably young professionals. It is important to keep the house clean and noise free.
