3. Shared kitchen, living room, yard, and some laundry facilities.
4. Utilities: R1000 – 1500/month (includes water, electricity, Wi-Fi, and house supplies)
5. No dogs, other pets open to negotiation
6. Located in a private gated community with neighborhood security
7. About 5km from major universities (UJ, Wits, etc.) and about 2km from the nearest grocery store
