1. Singles, couples*, and students of all genders welcome
2. Space is 100% available by May 23, but if a few days earlier is needed, it can be arranged.

4. Shared kitchen, living room, yard, and laundry facilities.
5. Utilities: R1000 – 1500/month (includes water, electricity, Wi-Fi, and house supplies)
6. Caged and quiet pets allowed for extra fee
7. Located in a private gated community with neighborhood security

Hey Hey! We are a house of young adults excited to welcome you~

While we mostly keep to ourselves, we aim to be intentional about respecting common spaces and fostering comfortable shared atmospheres. This includes a weekly chore, and about once a month, having a meeting together, ideally with some food :)
