Unfurnished room ,central location Three anchor bay ,few meters away from myciti bus stop , 5 walking distance from different shops and cafes , Woolworth, 10 mins walk from the promenade by the ocean.
The apartment is equipped and the room is unfurnished with its bathroom and tub and access to the back yard. Covered parking is available but can be shared between the roomies upon availability.(I don’t have a car at the moment)
Looking for someone who’s neat and clean in kitchen /fridge /floors, living area, appreciate understanding.
38 years , IT professional, I like a healthy lifestyle and fairly organized space, mostly home in the evening, introvert but social ,I care about the following : 1-clean kitchen dishes and cleaning after yourself properly (most importantly kitchen utinsles and dishes)- (clean fridge and freezer follows). 2-keeping a clean floor and less mess in the common area and sharing the cleaning chores.
Internet is included (added this recently high speed fiber) Electrcity cost is Shared prepaid 200-300 each depending on usage ,I’m low on geyser usage but can discuss this.
