Good Space&Time to all of you ! Wish you all find a home where you belong !

Bio: My name is Mo I call Cape Town home for 12 years so far ,I work in Tech - IT/Software. A Good cook, clean, tidy/neat introverted extrovert, social enough. Free spirit and sober habits.

I prefer a chilled peaceful space ,I like to spend time out in nature , or work from a busy spot in the city!

I prefer a space where its not too busy or crowded with sleepovers and visitors on a weekly basis ! ( ideally 1 or 2 flatmates tops), we keep a clean kitchen so that we end up having to discuss restaurant like sink full of dishes spent a whole weekend without a home :P ! all that beings said it is secondary as long as there’s good communication!

What I’m Looking For:
Looking to create or join a lovely peaceful home/space with a flatmate or two (at most) near Gardens/Town/Sea Point/Green Point, Kloof, or anywhere at reasonable driving distance to Town/Paardeneliand (work).

Prefer to share with singles professional , introverts are welcome too!!

Work:
Office and remote during the week ,and a day or two from home.

Budget and Details:
9000+/- (includes bills) but flexible to help with extras.

Furnished or semi-furnished is Ok to me, as long as there’s a shared energy in taking caring of the common spaces and kitchen and keeping it clean and neat !
