Bio: My name is Mo/Mu I live and been work in Cape town for about 12 years now, permanent resident ,I have been working in Tech/Software for quiet sometime and like connecting with people. I’m a good cook, clean, tidy/neat introverted extrovert, social enough. Free spirit and sober habits, chilled ,spend time out in nature , or work from a busy spot in the city! I tend to always leave a good impression ^_^.

I like a clean kitchen/living space/Bathroom, as I feel those who put energy to not leave it to others are those who are kind and grew enough to realize its not about the cleaning or the orderly way of things (it just tells what you don’t say in words), it goes a long way when on is able to give and receive ,energy flows and magic happens!

What I’m Looking For:
Looking to create or join a lovely peaceful home/space with a flatmate or two near Gardens/Town/Sea Point/Green Point, Kloof, or anywhere at reasonable driving distance to Town/Paardeneliand (work).

Work:
Office and remote during the week.

Budget and Details:
9000+/- (includes bills) but flexible to help with extras.

Furnished or semi-furnished is OK. I have a minimalist lifestyle and don’t need much. I’m handy and take care of any place or furniture like it’s mine.
