As seen in the pics, the room has beautiful large windows, well lit and airy. The floors are wooden and in great condition. There’s also ample built in cupboards. The room is unfurnished, however the curtains seen in pics are included. The kitchen is conveniently furnished with a stove, washing machine and a fridge. You’ll be sharing the apartment with 2 other lady professionals. Pls take note, each room is for one person only. A stone throw away is the Kenilworth station (public transport) The apartment is modern, clean, and in a very secure part of Kenilworth. All the amenities, including restaurants, entertainment and shopping and public transport are conveniently within close proximity. Electricity is prepaid. I’ll need a 1 month security deposit, and adequate background checks.
