Spacious spare room in 2 bedroom flat. Large window, bright, airy and well lit. Very neat room with alot of BIC. Ample garden and roadside views. All utilities including water, electricity and wifi included in your rental. We’re preferring a single mother with a child under 3, or a young working couple with a child under 3. The block is very well managed, good security, quiet and safe. It’s safe to park outside, otherwise rent a parking bay if needed. Public transport is very close as well. I’d need a security deposit.
