Option to bring your own furniture for room or to use what is supplied. Weekly gardener included plus elec, water & wifi. It is a peaceful and quiet enviroment Also, its Close to Virgin gym, Appleton centre with Woolworths, Clicks etc (15min walk) and 30 min walk or 7min drive to Ferndale on Republic centre with Pick n Pay ,many shops etc. There would be a maximum of 3 of us in the house with 1 bathroom shared between 2 people.
I am an ,intelligent easy going woman who lives a quiet life especially during the week. I am a flexible person who loves nature, hiking & the outdoors so love the garden .Prefer someone who is reliable ,neat and easy going who is working or studying and keeps normal hours
