The house is close to the Virgin gym, Appleton centre with Woolworths, Clicks (15min walk or 5min drive and 8min drive or 30min walk from Ferndale on Republic with Pick n Pay plus many shops. There is a weekly gardener plus wifi,elec & water is included. You have the option of own furniture for the bedroom or using what is supplied. There will be 3 of us in the house with 2 people sharing a bathroom. It is a peaceful enviroment
