About the room
StayMelville is a gated complex that encourages and fosters a sense of community. There is a laundry, small gym, community center and soccer pitch on site. An additional parking space could be arranged with body Corp for an additional fee. You would have your own bedroom and bathroom as I have an ensuite. The bedroom is unfurnished but there are built in cupboards. Preferably female roommate but possibly open to a male aswell. Sadly the complex is not pet friendly
About the roomies
I am a 27 year old female and I am staying in a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom ground-floor apartment. I am a full time speech therapist and I am looking for a flatmate to rent out my spare bedroom. I am generally quiet, clean and enjoy my personal space.
