Located in a very safe and secure complex Close to mycity routes and Bayside shopping centre in Table view Winelands.

You must be a tidy, clean, respectful working individual or we will not get along. This is best suited to a single, quiet, animal lover (there are already pets on site). To be shared with one other mature lady and the resident pets.

The room is fully furnished. No pets/kids/parents etc FOR ONE working person only. No overnight guests.
