Fully Furnished room with own bathroom
If you love convenience, you will love my apartment and your room. The room has a queen sized bed with its own bathroom. The rest of the house is fully furnished and the Smart tv has Netflix, Showmax and YouTube Premium (say goodbye to adverts!). The kitchen has a pantry so ample space for your groceries. Security is nice and tight. Enjoy hot nights sitting on your camp chair on the patio. We’ll either need to do a credit score check or ask you to submit proof of identity, a 3 months payslip and 3 month bank statement. Biometrics are R100 and are for your own account. The rental amount is R600 and includes all rates, levies and water. R200 extra is required for Wi-Fi. Electricity is split it in half with the other tenant. The complex is behind Broadacres Shopping Center and Virgin Acitive and Spar are both less than 500 metres away. Checkers - only 2.5 km away and Life Hospital 1.5 km away. Truly a convenient place to live with Fourways Mall only +/- 4 km away. Uber anywhere. There is easy access to public transport. Call me or whatsapp me .
About the roomies
The other room mate is a man and doesn’t smoke. He is very kind-hearted, neat and tidy.
