Alicante Avenue

We are looking for someone who is to themselves and whom is a non smoker, to rent a room that we have available. It’s shared accommodation. The house has 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms 1 has a shower the other a bath. There is an entertainment with a braai to utilize. The rent amount is for one person if you have someone with you the price will differ.

There is myself, my partner and my child (10 months) in one room, A guy in room nr 2 and a couple in the room at the back. We have a granny flat upstairs which is accupied by my grandparents and two dogs on the property. We all clean up after ourselves.
