In Plumstead. 3 bedroom flat (no balcony) in secure complex. There is unsecured parking (secure parking available for a fee). Shared lounge, kitchen, bathroom (no shower) and toilet. It’s an older apartment that probably needs some TLC. It is unfurnished except the lounge. No fridge or stove, but willing to invest in the aforementioned should I find a roommate. Master bedroom with plenty of cupboard space is available. Price negotiable.
