☀️ Sunny Room in Somerset West – R5,500 All Inclusive
Cosy unfurnished upstairs room available in a spacious shared home in Somerset West. The room gets lovely morning sun and includes built-in cupboards and a desk/vanity. A queen bed can fit against the wall.
You’ll share a bathroom with just one other housemate.
Rent includes: Wi-Fi, electricity, water & gas.
🏊 Large swimming pool 🔥 Indoor braai/bar area 🍳 Fully equipped shared kitchen 🚗 Garage parking available at extra cost 🔐 CCTV in communal areas 🐾 Pets on the property – unfortunately no additional pets
Looking for a friendly, tidy and respectful housemate. 😊
The house is currently shared by a relaxed group in their 20s–30s. Three of the guys work outside the home, two work remotely, and one tenant’s girlfriend also stays with him. Everyone is pretty independent and tends to keep to themselves – we’re mostly homebodies with a bit of a gamer culture. 🎮 It’s a friendly, chilled household where you can socialise when you feel like it but still have your own space.
